Examples: Cooperative learning projects, debates, role-playing, and panel discussions.
Learner-content -- Occurs when students reflect on and interact with the ideas and concepts presented in the content. Examples: Individual projects, homework assignments, interviews and surveys, and computer-assisted instruction.
